There are a bajillion boots with muffle, Lockpicking fortification is useless due to the zillions of lockpicks you have at that point in the game, and nobody uses Illusion. But, when you finally get it, you are terribly disapointed by how much it sucks. Even with the Special Edition in our Steam library we still keep playing around with the normal game due to our modded. Over half of all armor mods are retextures of it. It is, hands down, the most awesome armor in the game (tied with Daedric, of course).
